I absolutely love this place. Suzy, the new owner, is almost always in the store, and she has a perpetual smile on her face. It's great when owners are actively involved in helping customers. When I ask for recommendations for a $20 bottle of wine, they don't show me $24.99 bottles of wine, rather they ask about the courses we will be serving, and about my general preferences, and then they show me interesting $16 and $18 bottles. I love it that they don't seem like they are trying to squeeze every dollar out of their customers and they instead try to give people good recommendations within their budget. And if you do want a $100 bottle for some special occasion, they have plenty of treasures in the store to choose from. I believe in supporting the smallest local businesses I can, and I feel great about spending money here at Harvest Wine & Spirits.

I ended up speaking with the owner, Suzy Berry (I think that's her name). She gave me personal service and attention and helped me pick out a great wine for a dinner party. It was clean and well-organized with a good selection. I will definitely go back.
