Whoever was working 7/27 was very discriminatory. He did not let my friend in claiming she had “too much too drink” even though she just had a broken sandal. We then explained to him her broken shoe situation and he proceeded to get defensive ordering us to get out the way. Never met a rude staff before. I’ve been here several times. More than I can count on my two hands. It’s a shame he was very rude. Will warn people about the “bouncers” behavior towards other peoples skin color

who ever was working 7/27 very discriminatory and did not allow friend to go in because her shoe was broken, and tried to explain and they did not want to listen. very bad customer service, proceeded to explain but did not want listen and did not let us in. will not be coming back, simply because i never met a rude staff member before. i hope this reaches management because this is unacceptable

Scrambled most of the night trying to find somewhere for nightlife and glad we came here. Bar service was quick and friendly. The music was on point in both rooms! We enjoyed it, especially the girl talk in the bathroom lol I always love how we hype each other up. Drinks are expensive, but that goes with the territory.

My phone got stolen here and I would bet that this club plays a part in the theft. Within 10 minutes of leaving, I realized I left without my phone. My friend that I was with had my location but it was not updating which means the phone had been turned off because i had fully charged it before going out that night. Although not updating, my iPhones last location still showed Havana. When we returned to the club and explained the situation of why we wanted to go back in the bouncer said “I have heard this one before” and completely denied saying goodbye to us and seeing us walk out only 10 minutes prior. Another security guard also blew us off and told us to wait to the side until they closed and they could do a security check. An hour later, when they finally closed, we were standing with 4 other girls who had also lost their phone. By this point of the night there were probably 10 security guards pushing us away from the property and being dismissive and rude to us. I go out a lot and to a lot of festivals. I’m very responsible when it comes to pick pocketing and I understand this happens, but the way the staff handled this was completely inappropriate which leads me to believe they might take part in this. They made comments like “yeah, you ain’t ever finding it” or “you aren’t ever getting it back.” Making it sound like it was in fact stolen, and not just lost inside. Some festivals I even go to, do a bag checks when exiting, just to catch those people trying to leave with ungodly amount of phones. I don’t think this would be difficult for them to do considering they were really well staffed in security. In the meantime, you can expect rude and helpless staff members.
