Absolutely fell in love with this shop! They have so many beautiful hand dyed colors and a range of yarn weights. There were beautiful samples placed all throughout the shop. They had just enough accessories (needles, stitch markers, and books). The owner was so nice to talk to about everything yarn. I loved the little touches of the antique spinning wheel and sewing machine. I can’t wait to go back again. Parking was even easy!

I am a brand new knitter, and I came upon Hazel Knits because it’s not far from where I live in Hillman City. I LOVE this store! First off, Wendy was REMARKABLE. She helped me with my knitting with such genuine care, and she taught me a lot about their yarn and process. They dye their own yarn, and the colors are incredible. I’m super grateful for the time she spent with me on my projects, and she taught me a couple of essential things I need to advance my projects, and to knit better in general. I love their yarn. I just started a scarf project, and I’m loving the texture and feel of the yarn, not to mention how awesome the colors are. I will definitely be going back!
