This was our first escape room! We did the pirate themed one and got really close to completing it. Reagan helped us check in, gave us some tips and ultimately showed us our last missing piece once time expired. She told us this would be challenging for just two of us and she was right! This place was very fun!! We did the pirate one and were able to escape with 5 minutes left. Not too difficult but not too easy. There was 5 of us so it was a tad hot and humid in there but it’s summer so that’s probably expected lol. Tasha and Jake were very nice and welcoming. Explained the rules in a fun way and gave us clues whenever we needed! Would definitely recommend this place for a fun escape room night!

Just completed the Carribean Curse. Small room - we had 4 people and there wasn't much room to move about. Only 1 room, which was disappointing. GM gave us clues for things we had already done. When booking, a required "gratuity" of $21.60 was added on. I requested for it to be taken off and the manager just referred me to their website that said, "HD Escape Rooms is a small local Colorado company. We believe in treating our staff as well as physically possible. The Gratuity charge is to help us with yearly increasing Colorado wages. While being able to give our staff uniforms, name tags, company trainings & outings. We appreciate our guests and employees more than you know!" This room was hot, like seriously hot. The neighborhood is pretty sketchy and I would not choose this location again. However, we were scheduled for this morning and showed up at the wrong location. Note your confirmation email and reminder emails do not have the business address, so be careful when Googling the address. They were gracious to reschedule us for later in the day and we did appreciate that.

Temperate seemed true to form for a jungle. 🤣🤣We had to work together, think outside the box. The Jake was friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about what he does. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design of the experience. Whether you’re new to escape rooms or a seasoned pro, this one is a must-try. It’s not just a game—it’s an unforgettable adventure. If we lived over here we would already planning to come back for another room!
