Such a cute needlepoint shop. Every time I’ve come in the owners have been very kind and helpful. They helped me pick out threads, given advice on projects, and taught me things about all the different thread choices and products. My only complaint is that from Ballard it’s a bit of a trek, but it’s worth it. The owners even gave me the advice while I was searching for a particular set of canvas to look at other shops for trunk sales. Even though this could have potentially lost them a sale, it gained me as a loyal customer!

I came in earlier this month to start a recreation of a needlepoint stocking my grandmother made years ago. Although the shop didn't sell a lot of the supplies I needed to duplicate the project (wool threads, plain mono canvas), the person working at the store was very kind and helpful. She gave me some guidance on how to use the supplies I inherited, and sold me the supplies I didn't have. I got the impression that this store cares about creating lifelong needlepointers/stitchers, rather than making sales. I will for sure be coming back now that I have completed the stocking!
