| LOVE tiki bars. I also love weird stuff and this was a dick themed tiki bar! So kitschy and fun. The bartenders were friendly and we learned they're both from the same area in PA my friend and I are! The drinks were DELICIOUS and I love that they have a lot of traditional rum style drinks (with their twist) but also have a good selection of mocktails we enjoyed as well as non-rum drinks which are more my style. Overall just a great vibe and solid drink offering for everyone, including my sober friend! I also got Garry, the dick snail tiki mug. I do think it's wildly overpriced but have started a small collection from tiki bars and it was just so unique I couldn't pass it up. There was a pricing mishap (charged a service fee for the mug) and I didn't realize until later. They fixed everything on the back end super easily and were very accommodating. Great experience!

Drinks are well designed, well constructed, and good & boozy. Bartenders are knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. Atmosphere is definitely tiki. We still have a couple more tiki bars to try in Denver, but right now Hell or High Water has to rank as our favorite. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in town.

In the downtown Denver area, check out Hell or Highwater Tiki. The location is located on the upper level of the Honor Farm Haunted Spirit House (which is also a cool spot). Hell or Highwater is a cool take on tiki with horror themed elements. The drinks are well balanced, and the service and people here make sure your visit is fun and enjoyable. There is food available, which is good and pairs well with the drinks. Definitely check this spot out. Going into the weekend and evenings, this spot can get busy, so perhaps look into reservations. Check it out, grab a seat, and enjoy! Cheers!

Super awesome tiki bar! The drinks are super inventive and delicious. Where else can you find 2 cocktails with Malort as an ingredient? Some shock value with the decor and menu names for some, but seems very fitting for what they are going for. If you enjoy tiki, there's no way you should skip this place.

It's cute inside, but not cute enough to be charging the way they do. The drinks are decent but most of them end up tasting pretty similar. After that $23+ 22% tip, the drinks only last about 4 sips. You have to stand smack in the way of foot traffic to order which is awkward. If I have to tip 22% for a drink, they could at least take our orders at the table. I'm glad their workers get paid well, but $28 for a cup full of mostly ice and foam is definitely not on my list of revisiting.
