Stopped by this store today and was excited about the shop looking at all the antiques. I came across three designer bags one of which was a Dior bag that was brand new with the box. I asked the lady working at the front if I could see it and she said it was "too much work to get it down" but that it was $1,500 and she went back to texting on her phone. Already I'm confused why you would work at a business if you're too lazy to bring something to a customer. I then asked if it's authentic and she said she can't guarantee it since she's "not an expert and goes based off her own thoughts of what looks real." I originally wanted to let her know that I worked at a consignment shop for a few years authenticating their goods and that in the US it is illegal to sell counterfeit goods. I really want to give the benefit of the doubt and just claim lack of knowledge, but just the whole attitude surrounding the experience is why I decided to write a review to warn customers. But hopefully they read this and understand the importance of customer service and make efforts to realize what they can and cannot sell. I am not writing this to be rude or put down this business but I am coming from a place of concern and giving feedback.

Many antique items available in the shop. Reasonable price. It's not a museum. Shop closed every Saturday. I didn't buy anything but had a positive/good conversation with the shop owner Solman. A soft spoken person we talked about his first India visit and stay at Taj Hotel Bombay.
