Great gym, very convenient for Harvard Law students. This is probably the busiest gym I’ve ever been to. There is always someone waiting to use the machine I’m on, and everything is almost used by someone. All racks are used. No matter what time you come it is incredibly busy, which makes it hard to work out, or even walk from one machine to another. I wish it was open 24/7 so that I could come at 1am or 2am.

The workers are SOOOOOO disrespectful. Especially the ones working at 8:00 pm on Wednesday 21, 2025. They should be fired.

I wish this were only for HLS students. (not everyone can be as lucky as the biz kids). It's open to all Harvard, and so it is NEVER not packed.

Excellent facilities and has 3-4 floors: has lots of great equipment for leg day as well as arm day. The leg machine area has like 12 of each kind of machine you can imagine. The dumbbell area has a huge variety of dumbbells including 120lb pounds! It can get a bit crowded, but the best time to come 1-1.5 hours before closing time instead of at peak hours during the mid-day.

The gym itself is fine and has been recently refurbished so it looks less like it was built in the 1980s. The problem is the staff - there is really no element of customer service, everyone looks super glum and some of the stuff are just plain rude in a totally egregious way. I made a complaint to all of the available contact email addresses regarding unnecessary aggressive behavior from the staff but never received any reply. Suspect there's not really much accountability or inherent interest improving here.
