This location overcharges for their menu compared to other locations in addition to having a lackluster product. The chicken was not fresh, although I had to wait several minutes for it, and the grease tasted old. It does not have the same taste as other locations. To top it all off, the customer service is just not there. It always felt like we were a burden to begin with. I would recommend driving a bit further or to another location so that you do not waste your time or money for nasty tasting chicken.

Highly disappointed this is not how you do business, what I asked for and what I got is two different things… What I got is not what I ORDERED, make sure you check your food!!! My husband is one of those people who LOVE fried chicken gizzards. Henderson is one of the few places that has them. And they are (according to him) fantastic. I always just get chicken fingers and they're very good...I love what comes in a basket: whole pickled jalapenos, pickle slices, fries and a slice of good old white bread. It's not health food, but it sure is good!

I don't know if it's time of day or what because I've had their chicken quite a few times but mainly in the evening but today in the afternoon was by far the best I've had in my life.
