I have used these folks for some time & loved the people & products. About a few months ago one of the budtenders started saying odd things to me. She encouraged me to curse in the store and then sometimes made other odd comments. It escalated when I started tipping her less & last week I had a coupon, was with another budtender & she went out of her way to say I couldn't use the coupon. She made a point of going to the manager to "allow" me to use the coupon they printed. So kind. I wrote them a review and went back in one more time to see if they addressed this. Nada. Customer Service matters & after a few days of reflecting, I have switched dispensaries & will not shop where I am treated like I am scamming them. I do wish them all the best.
