I’ve purchased numerous items through heritage auctions. Their offering, communication and services are excellent. I had a question about shipping and talking to their customer services team was a pleasure. They were polite, knowledgeable and I felt they sincerely cared to help me. The descriptions of the auction items are accurate and I’ve even seen them updated as new details of the item are known. Once a small piece of a multi item lot wasn’t shipped and they immediately looked for and found it and shipped it for free. I can’t say enough good about them. I trust them and never hesitate to buy items through Heritage. I’ve used other auction sites and feel heritage has the best on line system it’s quick but also fairly safe from making an accidental purchase. I accidentally purchased an item at a different site once because I was simply refreshing my phone screen and they didn’t have a second click system.

I have made several purchases and all have been easy and handled timely. I only had one issue when I first started bidding on items a few years ago and they were awesome with helping me resolve that issue. My lastest purchase this month arrived very well packaged and in great condition.

Heritage was very thorough in handling of consignment. Sarah Miller did an excellent job in communication with direction in the submission and getting it organized quickly. Heritage was on top by getting me in several auction types to maximize exposure.
