Hinterlands is nestled between businesses and apartments buildings. It is like a house converted a food cart pod. 5 or so carts are on the north property line. There is outdoor seating in the front and back porch of the “house.” The bar is in the front of the house and indoor seating is in the middle. Matt’s BBQ Tacos seemed the most popular food cart. The place was definitely child and dog friendly.

Outstanding place to spend a Saturday evening with friends. The outside seating area was warm and dry (we were there on a February night). They have these incredible overhead heaters that keep you warm and comfortable. The beer and drink selections are great. A really loud shout out to Oathbreaker pies. I had "the dryad" Stromboli and it was so incredibly good. It knocked my wet socks off! The facilities were clean and the bar staff were friendly. I'm really excited for the leftovers I have in my fridge!

Matts BBQ is a staple with a wonderful Indian food cart, pizza, soft serve & more! Great covered patios + bar for all seasons. Last time I went there was trivia and they have a big screen tv for games.

Margaritas on draft and Matt’s tacos?! Yes please! This place has an amazing heated patio in both the front and back of this spot and the bartenders are so nice, and they have great food cart options! A regular in our meeting up with friends rotation no matter the seasons!
