The staff, coaches and yoga instructors at this gym are so friendly, welcoming and helpful, no matter your starting point or fitness level. After suffering a nasty injury under a coach's guidance at another gym out of state more than 10 years ago, I had been reluctant to join any gym or take fitness classes ever again. But my very fit daughter encouraged me to take classes with her at HIT last year, and I'm so glad I did. The coaches and instructors always meet me where I am, offering support without ever pushing me past my comfort zone. The yoga classes have been awesome (thank you Jennifer Barnes!) and the fitness classes are challenging, yet so much fun (shout out to Coaches Joey and Megan!). I have definitely become healthier and stronger over the past year and will always be grateful to them for their guidance along the way.
