Shoutout to Van for doing an amazing job in the picture frame department!! I’m so impressed by the level of service and attention to detail. Based on how carefully Van handled everything, I would’ve felt absolutely safe leaving my art if needed, but I was lucky enough to be able to bring it home with a custom mat today! I brought in my own used frame for a small, original art poster, which was a gift. The dimensions of my frame are not ideal for the art piece, but I also couldn’t afford to buy a new frame. Thankfully, Van showed me available mat options that I felt comfortable with, including some that were in stock. As I was leaving, I had forgotten some items at the framing counter, and Van ran to the front of the store to bring them to me while I was checking out. Michelle in checkout was very pleasant, too, which I also appreciated! But Van’s service was next level — and I’d give 10 stars for that if it were an option. Thank you, Van!
