Went to return an online purchase with the receipt. Told the option was to get store credit bc its over $10, regardless of having a receipt. No option to have it back on the card either. B/c each item is under $10, we were able to return them all for cash. Issue being that they made us go through the line 5 times instead of just processing and taking care of it conveniently. Felt silly and petty to make us go through the line over and over bc they didn't like the way we wanted to process the return. Interesting customer service Matt.
