Such a great experience. We walked in and looked around without being hassled. Once we agreed we needed help, and salesperson was right there for us. Being a diabetic, I needed a good pair of sneakers to comfort my feet. The SP after hearing the need had the perfect solution for me. She brought 3 different styles it to fit my needs and I tried all 3 on and decided on the correct one for me. She was very patient and the experience was top notch.

Hey Everyone, I spotted this shoe store right before we parked at the Navy Pier and after we finally got in line for our River Boat Architectural Tour. I so wore the wrong shoes for all the walking we were doing for today. Plus, even bought inserts beforehand at Walmart in hopes my shoes would work. I felt that if I can march a parade in these canvas white Converse, I can walk in Chicago in them still! Nope, not even, I want you to know that this store saved me agony from feeling pain in my body! I’ve heard and seen other people with these shoes BUT trying them on, my mouth just dropped! The comfortable feel on my feet was so smooth feeling like “gliding” when just walking trying both shoes on at the same time! I got the Hoka Clifton 9 Black with charcoal gray. I wore them out of the store and put my old shoes in the box! Colby was very nice who helped me and did a great job assisting us on my first venture ever having my hands on a new Hoka for me. So, if you are planning to take the City Pass Tour in Chicago and you are in doubt about your fit and feel of your current shoes for all that walking you need to do, please know and trust this Hoka store. He said that I can even return them within 30 days! What? I wore them out of the store! Nice! How wonderful is that! I found unique finds at this location. I didn’t know HOKA sold slides but I found them here. Chicago seems to be a market where brands introduce new concepts to their customers. The space is fairly small and with it being on Michigan Ave, you’ll almost always run into a rush. Staff didn’t interact with me at all, not sure why. The customers they were interacting with seemed to be satisfied by the service they were receiving. I could see myself coming back and picking up some things I saw the first time.

This is a small and excellent store. Even though they have. Beautiful designs, models and colors to choose, they are not just a fancy store with nice shoes to show off. HOKA shoes are the first choice for medical professionals who have to be on their feet or walking a lot for a good portion of their shifts. I didn’t know about HOKA until we came to Chicago for Physical Therapy for my daughter. She needs to wear a KAFO brace and the therapists recommended us to buy HOKA because they were the only shoes that would allow the KAFO to fit. My daughter is super happy and after 4 moths of grueling physical therapy, the shoes are still like new. They are expensive but really good quality shoes. My wife also bought flip flops for her which give her the support she needs and are really confortable. I am getting HOKA shoes for Fathers Day too. The employees are courteous. Leave you alone to see and decide what you want. If by any chance the model you want is not available, you can always order them online or ask the clerk to check if they have at the warehouse, which is just 10 mins away. Great store and great service. Definitely will return

This store was great and went above and beyond when I ran into a problem with customer service. I bought a pair of hokas in NYC for a trip to Europe and the shoes had a problem with the tread but we were gone for more than 60 days which is the normal return time. I contacted customer service on line and they said to take them to any store on my return. Turns out that is not the policy, but I’d driven a long way just to do this so the manager here at the Hoka store in Chicago went to bat for me and found a way to do the exchange.
