Good hotel for the price! The rooms are clean and comfortable, though the furniture could use a bit of updating. The highlight of my stay was the restaurant on the 9th floor — great food at a very reasonable price. I had a wonderful breakfast where Yadelis took care of everything. She was incredibly sweet and provided excellent service, making the experience even better. Overall, absolutely worth it, and I’ll definitely be visiting again!

I came here to spend the night due to an overnight layover , I love the proximity to the airport (6 minutes). The food in the cafeteria was delicious. Mery was the one who received us in the early morning (1am), she was very kind. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Very beautiful rooms. Beautiful, well kept and clean. After my flight got postponed the Airline put us here for a night. Well, the Hotel and room was a 100-times better then the hotel I booked at Miami Beach. As a checked the prices, it was much cheaper too. Besides a refrigerator the room also had a microwave and coffeemaker. Everything in the room looked knew. It's les then 10minutes from the Miami International Airport and less then 7minutes from Miami Downtown, which is very good. Only downsides, you are far from the Beach and there are no restaurants, supermarkets or stores on a walking distance from the Hotel. I will definitely book my next vacation in this Hotel.

The staff is very friendly. The foot desk staff were very polite and efficient. Meyling brought us food from room service. She is very nice and took care of everything we asked. EL Mirado restaurant on site, we found it to be very good especially for the price point. The airport shuttle is free and was great. If I could say anything bad, the hallways show the age of the building. This hotel and restaurant offer a great value. It exceeds my expectations for the price.

Booked a reservation but got into a car accident on the way. By the time I was released from the hospital and arranged new transportation, I missed my check-in time and was unable to notify them of my inabilty to get there because I was in the ER getting treated. They billed my card for the room and refused to give me a refund. As a loyal IHG member, I am very disappointed. FOLLOW UP REVIEW AND RESPONSE TO REPLY: Thank you for your reply Walter. I do understand that policies are what they are, and must be consistent. In that context I appreciate what you have done to rectify the situation and I am satisfied with the remedy. Other than this issue, which has now been resolved to my satisfaction, I have always found IHG locations to offer excellent value and great service. THANK YOU.
