I've been using y'all for ~4 years and have always had a great experience with the developing and scanning services for B&W, color negative, and E-6. Its worth noting that color positive gets sent out of town for developing. Do y'all develop and scan those disposable Fujifilm cameras?

Here is a full-throated, honest review of my experience with Holland Photo. First of all, I want to say that I realize the power that a "review" can have (especially in today's climate), and I take that responsibility very seriously. Having said that, I do hold companies/businesses to a very high standard, considering that I'm giving them my very hard earned money in exchange for their services. Okay! Overall, I'm giving Holland Photo three (3) stars, and here's why: upon entering, I was greeted by a very pleasant man by the name of Jamie. We discussed what I wanted, and he agreed, telling me the "photographic print [mounted on Gator board]" would be ready the following Thursday or Friday, and it wasn't. I didn't get a call until late Monday (over a week later) telling me that I could pick up my photo (an inconvenience, but not a big problem). The problem was that when I did go to pick it up, and upon examining the finished print, I noticed a scratch/smudge on the upper right portion of the print. And, although, after I pointed it out, the woman who I was dealing with was very kind and immediately agreed to have it reprinted and ready for pick-up the following day, I couldn't help but feel a little deceived. At best, it was an oversight which would be an indication of poor quality control, where they never even noticed the defect (which was quite obvious). Or, at worse, they did notice it but chose to be deceptive by passing it on to me, hoping that I wouldn't notice. Either way, it's a problem, especially when spending upwards of a hundred dollars for a modest sized print. In the end, I went back the next day, picked up the re-print (which was superb), and went about my day. I've decided that I will do business with them again, but I remain a bit leery of their professional business ethics/standards. Also, an apology would have been a nice thing considering the inconvenience I was caused; something they did not offer me.
