Headed back to @homestylehawaiianogsd when we were in San Diego! It’s as good as ever. The fried chicken was fried perfectly and it was such a big portion! We had the fried spam musubi too which is a must-try! Don’t forget to get yourself some malasadas too! They were so sweet and fluffy. Perfect end to the meal. Great service and ambience too!

We loved that they offer table service. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our server offered descriptive recommendations while taking our order. They offer a selection of tap beers and bottled wine. The portion sizes are hearty, and the pricing is fair. The kalua pig combo plate was delicious. It was served with rice and macaroni salad. The macaroni salad was exactly what I was looking for as far as taste. The spam musubi was the only thing we didn't enjoy. The spam was overcooked. We will definitely be back and recommend this location!

Love this place. I had the Big Brudda combination. It was delicious and I'm taking leftovers home. They have a great beer selection, Kona Big Wave is wonderful with this meal. The atmosphere takes me to Hawaii while we're here. Highly recommend!

Ordered the Korean chicken and Teri beef. Chicken was decent. But the beef was horrible. Tasted old and the meat was so tough it couldn’t be cut by a knife let alone chewed. Food tasted old as well. Later on me and my fiance had the worst stomach aches and other stomach issues… Homestyle Hawaiian is really good but I recommend any other location. This one was the worst experience we’ve had. Won’t return.
