It is such a magical experience, when you get to the Honest Haven studio you are in a cozy greenhouse filled with beautiful plants and restorative energy. Cassandra curates the class for all different levels of experiences and body needs; truly tell her what you need and she provides. She also can personalize your experience- one person in my family likes to do trapeze/hammock/silk yoga, so she sets that up for her. On top of yin for every body she plays her singing bowls and chimes which releases stored energy AND has a ton of props. I would highly recommend supporting this small business and making it your next family or date activity in Denver!
