The secret is out though, so expect a line during popular times. Parking can be tricky if you don’t know the area, just be aware. Most traffic is foot traffic though. Flavors are delightful and flavorful, offering a departure from the norm. Really unique options which you love to see! Pricing is on the high side to match the quality. Some reviewers think it’s too sweet but I thought texture and flavor were all on point. Will be returning for sure. Do note the no sampling policy. The ice cream is good and there aren’t a ton of flavors on offer so you can always get a flight if you need to try multiple things. I’d like to see the pints fridge brought in front of the register instead of behind though, it’s annoying to have to ask at the register for this but they’re space constrained so it makes some sense. If anything they may need to move to a larger venue soon given the popularity of the place. Again really really appreciate the focus on quality, sustainable, local ingredients.

I recently visited this place. The place has some unique and new flavors. We tried the Horchata (vegan) and MatchaLemon as one small scoop and we tried thaiIceTea+JasmineSeasaltGanache. We picked good flavor combinations I think. The store was warmer than outside making it difficult to sit inside and eat. All in all, good experience.

We went to Honeycomb on a Saturday night and there was a long wait. Heard from regulars ahead of us that on other days you can just walk in. Ice cream was phenomenal. they don’t allow samples, but I had no regrets with the seasonal basil and goat cheese ice cream.

Maybe i have to give them a second try but the ice cream here is overly sweet. Their thai tea tastes like cereal milk and the ginger rhubarb barely tastes like ginger and the rhubarb was made into a crumble where you dont get any of the tart flavor in there. They get a second star for inventive flavors but the execution is poor.
