I do not recommend this hookah spot , the guy that works here have horrible customer service , before i arrived he say there’s no entry fee but once you get there he has so many hidden fees you have to pay such as byob service, non smoking fee and so much more. The night went on. Someone in my group accidentally dropped a cranberry glass bottle. He was so upset that he had to do his job by cleaning it after i offer to clean it myself , at this point he was ready to get rid of us. after we spent over $500 including the hidden fees. i do not recommend this guy is a scammer!

My husband and I went here on the evening of the fourth. We got one hookah, one hookah refill, and 4 sprites. They charged us over $100. The hookah itself was $45 (which is outrageous). Then there was a charge for each person. They never brought a hookah menu that had prices, because we never would’ve stayed and paid that much. I’ve been to multiple hookah bars in Chicago and have never paid that much. I’ve been to hookah bars in Dubai and paid less for more. Him and I have actually been to this hookah spot multiple times and we have NEVER paid that much.

I cannot rate less than 0 unfortunately. This guys are scammers. They charge us for no reason 30 for each person and hookah $45 plus the gratuity. Please search different places. Never come here and save your time and money
