I was warmly greeted. And I'm not talking about the weather! I was greeted with a smile. I was promptly seated at table # lucky13. A bottle of Kangen was and matching blue glass were placed on the table. There's so much to choose from. On their menu. I chose the Homemade Corned Beef Hash. I like it crispy and that's what I got. Yum! I had eggs and toast with house potatoes. My food was cooked to order. I appreciate having an assortment of creamers and Hopes didn't disappoint. The service was impeccable. Andrian never let my or anyone's cup go empty. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Awesome easy listening music at a volume where you can hear it and still enjoy your conversation. I especially loved the pictures of places they've been too and the sayings on the wall about Hope. So much positivivity, it's a great vibe!! Hope's is clean and the air was cool. I noticed many were leaving with to go boxes, myself included. Good sized portions. If you are passing through like I am or live here. You must stop by. Bring a healthy appetite and get ready to feel like family.

- Excellent Brunch House. - Great prices / Great options. I came in 1 hour before they closed on a Sunday, a few people eating still, ordered the Cheesy Omelette with sourdough toast and hash browns. When I received my Cheesy Omelette, the cheese on top wasn't melted all the way, was asked if I wanted it fixed but I declined - it didn't seem like a big deal to me to have it corrected (but the point is they offered, I didn't ask). Ekatrina/Kate was excellent at making sure I had everything I needed. They use alkaline water for all of their water, tasted pretty clean and good. They serve it in 750ml bottles that they refill from an alkaline water machine onsite. The vibe inside is nice, seems modern, relaxing. The only reason I took off a star for the atmosphere was the men's bathroom probably could use better cleaning - there was a sewer-like smell in there. I didn't think of it at the time or else I would have said something. The owner, Hope, came by after my meal to check on everything. I told her about the Cheesy Omelette having cheese on top that wasn't melted all the way, I took pictures before my meal and showed her one from the beginning. She asked if she could take my phone to the kitchen staff and show them, I said yes, she took it back there, and then came back to me. My meal including tip was $16 flat (water only). Very professional, I do appreciate immediate corrective action was taken. It wasn't a huge deal, but I'm glad it was done.

The food was breathtaking and the menu was so unique. Plenty of options for breakfast and lunch. It wasn’t super busy either. It was a little cold, but other than that everything was fantastic. I would definitely recommend coming here. The service was super friendly and they checked on us multiple times, especially to give refills.

Hopes was an interesting service. They give you bottles of water with no ice and tastes like tap water. The waffle was fine but nothing special for the price of the meal. The coffee was not good, and I had to add 4 creamer just to drink it. The omelet was delicious, and the house potatoes turned out well.

Don't waste your time looking for another breakfast place. Hope's blows all the others away. Every single thing we ate was delicious and packed full of flavor. Unlike some of the others, Hope's doesn't over season or overdo the portions. We ended up getting the breakfast burger, and cinnamon swirls slammers with the country potatoes. Of all the food we got, I especially loved the fresh squeezed orange juice.
