This community is nice. People on the Board such as Linda, Grace and Doug made a nice difference. We spend more time in NY but when we visit it is nice. A good mix of second home owners like us who enjoy the better weather and full time residents whose primary home is HW. Convenient location. Our views on the top floor are spectacular.

I moved to Boulder from the East coast and ended up renting a unit in Horizon West. Knowing little about the Boulder area when I first moved, I now realize how lucky I was to land here. It boasts a perfect central location, beautiful well-kept facilities with a stream running through the middle, practically every amenity that apartments offer (indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, covered parking, pool table, ping pong table, etc.), and a respectful and friendly community. I highly recommend this building to anyone considering.

As soon as you arrive you will almost certainly be told where and when you can park if you can park at all. A ton of residents policing the parking lot weird place.
