Saw my girl CoCo Brown and had a real good "standing view" ...the only thing about HOB, is that all general admission is standing. For 3.5 hrs on concrete can be a LOT on your legs. And dont be 5'1! You gotta make sure no one 6'3 is blocking your view. Depending on the artist, you will be nut to butt, and its hot! Security did pass water cups to the crowd, which helped,but it was Hella hot. Drinks are pricey, so I advise you to pre-game. Otherwise, I had a great time.

Loved it! Was there for the Kingfish "Gone Fishing" concert and it was awesome! Security was quick to shut down anyone who started to get too rowdy, ensuring everyone's safety and comfort. The bartenders were nice and made good drinks. Good atmosphere, customer service, drinks, and amazing music. We had a great time!

I’ve been to plenty of events at House of Blues and have never had an issue until now. I went to the Bop to the Top event and the line was the longest I have ever been for any event ever. Security took way too long to get everyone inside, and they were rude and unhelpful throughout the process. On top of that, having people walk the line offering “pay extra to get in quicker” felt like a slap in the face after already paying a lot for tickets. Once inside, the upstairs should have been opened sooner to help with crowding, and the drink layout could really use improvement, it took far too long to get a drink. Unless these issues are addressed, it makes me question whether I want to come back for future events.
