I love the Brand and use them all the time. One of the buckles snapped on my dive mask and I was hoping to purchase the replacement part. Unfortunately, they are not allowed to do so without proof of purchase. Which I no longer have. I am not a fan of them being wasteful. I am willing to pay for a repair instead of buying a new one and wasting a perfectly good mask. ***Update: They reached out to me personally a week after this post and was able to mail over the piece to repair.
