The Camino was truly transformational retreat for me! I can't find words to describe how much I changed with the walking. The opportunity to be away from the day to day of life and focus solely on time with myself, time in Nature, seeing the countryside of Spain, connecting with the incredible humans in our group; all of it led to a pervasive inner stillness that I brought back with me. Taylor and Kellie held the group with the most love and attention one could ever hope for. I stopped at a cafe one day while walking and on the wall was a sticker that said " WALK, HEAL, REPEAT". That is what we did.
