The food was amazing. 12 hr short rib was tender and flavorful, wagyu fancy oysters were top-notch, and the cheesecake was the perfect finish. Drinks were great too! The food has ALWAYS been on point at Humble Oysters and Bubbles. The Humble Burger is incredible and I’ve never not ordered it when visiting. Also, the Sangria Slushies are the best cocktail on High Street, and you can’t beat $6 for one on happy hour. Ryan was our server at our most recent visit and he was memorable for sure!

Went for the 1st time ladt night. We had a fantastic dinner. The food was awesome and very tasty. The Oyster were excellent and I enjoyed them very much. We sampled two very nice Champagnes. Billecart 1818 and Beau Joie. They were both really great tasting. The Champagne Sangria was outstanding. Really enjoyed the flavor of it. We will be back for sure to try some other things that they have on the Menu. If you like Oysters try this Restaurant. I am certain you will not be disappointed. 🥂🍽
