Eric (one of the owners) let us do a free tasting, made a custom sauce for us, and was able to accommodate lots of vegetarians and vegans. They worked within the confines of the venue with no issues. The veggies were fresh and tasty (not sad like some reviews said). I got it with the bean medley and loved it! I love when restaurants feature beans because they are underrated sources of protein and so delicious!! My cousin got a chicken veggie bowl. It came with pesto. I tasted the pesto and wanted to steal it and eat it all. So tasty. I highly recommend this place. It’s got fresh tasty veggies, great protein options, nicely cooked along with the rice quinoa blend and great flavors.
