Here's what people think of Huron Valley Swim Club
As of recent, Huron Valley Swim Club holds a 4.8-star rating based on 53 reviews.
Reviews of the Huron Valley Swim Club praise its exceptional facilities, friendly community atmosphere, and well-maintained grounds. Users frequently highlight the variety of pools and recreational options, that cater well to families with children of different ages, as major strengths. Positive feedback emphasizes the club’s clean and safe environment, the helpful and sincere staff, and the broad array of social and sports programming available throughout the season, which enriches members’ experiences and fosters a vibrant community feel. Patrons also appreciate the club's history and tradition, valuing it as a family-oriented space that maintains high standards without becoming overly commercialized. On the other hand, some less favorable reviews mention the lengthy wait time to gain membership — currently about four years — which can deter potential new members. A few comments note that as a private, member-owned club, its seasonal operation (Memorial Day to Labor Day) limits year-round access, and occasionally, costs and membership rules may be perceived as restrictive. Despite these minor critiques, the overall consensus reflects a strong recommendation due to the club's outstanding facilities, friendly environment, and engaging activities. The high average rating of 4.8 out of 5 from over 50 reviews underscores the club’s reputation as a premier summer destination in the Ann Arbor area.

Belonged here growing up...it was a great place to spend the summer! Swim team, trampolines, forested picnic area. There are tennis courts and volleyball too....but we mainly swam and picniced. There is always a wait list for membership, so put your name on the list soon if you're considering joining.

A great atmosphere. And fun for all ages. There are 3 single trampolines, and two 2 person trampoline games. There is a ping pong table, shuffle board, soccer goals, and tennis courts. Also has two 1meter and one 3 meter diving boards. Lastly, has 3 pools and very nice staff members

Incredible coaches, experienced staff and food-service-free wooded setting complement the 10-lane, 25-yard lap pool, separate diving well with 3-meter and 2 standard boards and leisure pool, and separate zero-entry kids pool. Ground-level trampolines, Spaceball and Jump Shot, plus newly-surfaced and upgraded tennis facilities make this private club worth time spent on the waiting list for membership, which can be several years before a slot opens. Many activities centered on families with school-age children, club is open from Memorial Day through early September.
