I came during a huge sale so maybe that explains the chaos of the store, however even during a sale I expect a little bit of order. Organizing simply by wool and non wool is not helpful and really overwhelming when things are simply thrown in plastic tubs and bags. It is more than a little unprofessional. The rest of the store was more orderly, but the selection was slim and the non-sale prices were a little high. Unlike the others I did not notice the staff to be unkind. They did ignore me at first, but once I started asking questions they answered them without being rude. That said I left a little stressed out due to the disorder and I didn't like how they were trying encourage me to buy more than I wanted. I won't be going back as it is a little far from home and due to the above stated disorder.

I have to agree with another reviewer here that this shop seems more of a place for the owner to get together with her friends and knit. The hours are ridiculously limited and when I did manage to get there 10 minutes before closing one night to buy yarn I had called about and had held for me earlier in the day there was a table full of ladies sitting and knitting and clearly not going anywhere soon however when I asked to have the yarn I purchased wound (ONE skein) they seriously looked at me in horror and someone told me no. When I explained I needed it that night (had a project to complete on a deadline) and did not have a swift or yarn winder one of the ladies seated volunteered to do it for me. I do believe they are trying to improve, I have been back a couple of times for the yarn crawl and they were more welcoming then, but with the hours so limited there is just no real reason for me to go here anymore for anything else since there are several other yarn shops in metro Denver. It is a shame since it is the nearest LYS to my house and would be happy to give them my business if it were convenient. For example, I am headed off to breakfast today to meet friend and realized the shop is right near where I will be. Came here to check hours and they will not be open until 1pm?!?!? Well, they just missed out on yet another sale from me. I am not sure how they stay in business...
