If demoing make sure you check the strings before walking out. Unfortunately I didn’t. I paid for two racquets for an entire week and both were frayed. One in particular looked like this after hitting for only 45 mins. When returning them I was simply told “it’s ok if you would’ve broken them” - not really the point when hoping to play test them on vacation. No offer to restring and let me keep for a couple more days. No apology. Very disappointing considering I have had two teammates rave about this place and I drove across town because of that. I’m assuming this level of “service” was a one off experience as the vast majority of reviews are extremely positive. I however will not be back.
