Big shout out to Ian Fitness Crown Hill. I started going here a couple years ago after a foot injury to help build up strength and heal. I did the personal training at first to customize for my injury. Over time my husband joined me with my trainer and got his own. I have also supplemented with the group sessions which I absolutely love. The personal training helped hold me accountable for going and weight loss. The group sessions were a great way to supplement to keep the costs down and still go often. I love that these are 30 min sessions. Pretty hard to think of an excuse to not go!

If you are looking for repetitive and boring workouts then please stay away from this place. However, If you would like to have dynamic, impactful workouts that are varied and variable for people of all levels of fitness with motivational, professional, kind, and friendly coaches, then please look no further. I have been a member for just over 1.5 years completing around 200 workouts/bootcamps so far and have thoroughly enjoyed my time working out here. I know you don't know me but please trust that this is a BIG statement. I will repeat... I ENJOY working out here. It is a part of my routine that I look forward each week. While many gyms talk about building community - IanFitness succeeds in having a community where we look out for each other and look forward to meeting each day. Last I would like to call out the current manager of this location, Sam, as he is, on many days, the one who brings the energy to our early morning workouts. His enthusiasm and good natured humor take many of us from sleepy eyed to wide awake in just a few minutes and has all of us ready to take on our day. Great place, good workouts, and wonderful community. Could not recommend more highly.

I've been coming to IanFitness since February, and I love it! Coach Sam and Coach B (who is now at the Shoreline location) have both been amazing. I will echo that these are NOT boring workouts - each one is different, and I enjoy the variety. AND they yield results with consistency: I'm down almost 20 pounds and have found my collarbones, tone/definition in my arms, and some baby abs developing. I'm in the best shape of my life and this is directly a result of loving the workouts, having great coaches, and being amongst the best/most supportive community of fellow bootcampers. If you're on the fence, try it!!
