As someone who paid for a VIP experience last weekend, it was a DANGEROUS and stressful night at this establishment. BEATRICE, one of the security guards wasn’t thorough with her pat downs for starters. The club owner and all security didn’t care about the occupancy being over the limit. It was extremely crowded to the point where I couldn’t move and sometimes couldn’t breathe. I almost passed out from the heat as I tried to make my way to a bartender from the “VIP” section about retrieving a lost wallet. (The bartender couldn’t even hear me so it was a complete waste of time and energy.) At that point, I was trying to stay conscious so I wouldn’t get trampled on. I tried to cool off near the women’s bathroom but one of the security guards nudged me to get closer to the unbearable crowd and away from one of the exits I couldn’t go through. He thought I was about to vomit and that’s when he tried to help me go to the other side of the building and onto the patio. I had to trick their security in order to help me. I also witnessed a woman passed out in the bathroom. Beatrice had to carry her out and I saw the woman’s head hit several objects and people along the way. She was far too careless. I also witnessed Beatrice say no to retrieving a med kit for a young lady who was bleeding from her face. Luckily, two women didn’t take no for an answer and finally CONVINCED her to help. As I waited for an hour to just get word back about my wallet, I saw a bunch of people sitting in a corner trying to get their bearings from either the heat or over serving. I was told to come back the next day to get my things because the owner had them, but no one was there the next day and they never called me back after leaving a voicemail. Finally today, July 11th, I got a hold of someone and told me the owner who does the mailing, is conveniently in Las Vegas and won’t be mailing my stuff back any time soon. I will have to pay someone to retrieve my things since I don’t live there. The owner and the security don’t care about the safety of the customers in every shape and form. I most definitely won’t be returning and advise others to stay away also. The negligence from the entire staff is a huge SAFETY HAZARD for everyone involved. STAY SAFE.

A VIP Experience That Was Anything But! My 1st (and LAST!) visit to Ibiza was a colossal disappointment, especially after shelling out for what was supposed to be a "VIP experience." Let me be clear: if you're looking for exclusivity, comfort, or even basic security for your belongings, look elsewhere. We were promised an exclusive VIP area, but what we got was a roped-off section that felt more like a glorified holding pen than a premium space. It was constantly encroached upon by general admission patrons, making it far from the "exclusive" sanctuary we paid for. The whole point of VIP is to escape the crowds, not be shoulder-to-shoulder with them. To add insult to injury, there was a hefty minimum spend on alcohol, which we dutifully tried to meet. However, when we stepped away from our table for a mere few minutes to try and catch a glimpse of the show (which, by the way, was barely visible from our "VIP" spot), we returned to find our drinks significantly depleted – clearly helped along by other patrons. This is simply unacceptable. For the price we paid, I expected at least some level of security or supervision for our table, let alone an actual exclusive area where our belongings would be safe. To make matters even worse, when I tried to address these issues and seek some form of compensation, the staff member I spoke with completely disregarded my complaint. Not only did they show no empathy, but they also belittled my concerns, making me feel as though my experience was trivial and my money inconsequential. This level of unprofessionalism is truly astounding. Save your money. The "VIP experience" here is nothing more than a thinly veiled excuse to charge more for a non-existent perk. You'll get better service, more space, and likely keep your drinks if you just stick to general admission. Absolutely appalling.

Let me tell you from the moment I stepped in line I was amazed by the customer service. I did a wonderful day brunch for my man's birthday and it was more than I could have asked for especially for the price. The venue is small looking from outside but don't let it deceive you the place is amazing with not one bad space or table in the house. Amazing drinks and well priced menus. We even got to sit up on stage by the dj . This place and the customer service was just outstanding we will be back !!! Recommended to anyone who wants a fun time !
