Iburger used to be my number place to go for burgers. I was eating here almost every week. Food was always delicious and outstanding. But recently Iburger has been such a disappointment. I am unsure if they change the chef or if they are trying to save in ingredients but today was my last day ordering from this place. Last week I ordered a Euroburger in Uber eats and it was horrible, it did not have prosciutto it was more like bacon, and the arugula was switched for spinach. The bread came really wet but since it was uber eats, I decided to drive today for a Bam Bam burger and the disappointment was real. Pictures show how bad it was compared with the original from the IG and how it used to look. I called complaining the burger did not have the cream cheese and nothing inside basically. They did not say anything, zero explanation, bad customer service. I could eat the burger. They only said you can get refunded. And that’s it. I really hope they read and improve because it used to be the best place for me.

I’ve been wanting to try these Burgers ever since I started following them on instagram because they look delicious but I was kind of disappointed ! Love the menu that they have a lot of options so I decided to try callejera an picanha and it felt like flavorless it’s an ok burger that you could get at any bar for 14$ but here is 18-22$ the fries was ok but the cheese on it was really hard to swallow ! Something was missing in the flavor , the concept and everything is good just not worth it in my opinion it’s an ok place but spent 33$ in a burger coke and fries you can do better !

Place was 10/10 our waiter Daniela she was very attentive and nice. Burgers were amazing and hot, truffles fries were even better. Would recommend bringing a jacket I find it cold. Definitely coming back highly recommended to try.
