Let me first say that the customer service is GREAT! So my first visit here I went to the Rolling Stone Show. It was alright. The screens are huge and the graphics were exceptional on the big screen. The room vibrated with the music and bass. You could see the graphics on the floor. The seats are not that comfortable because you couldn't really relax on them or get too comfortable. I just felt like it was a basic experience for what they charge. I wasn't that impressed. I will be back to see another show to see if it is any better. I just thought it was going to be be more of an immersive experience. It was like watching a 30 minute show on HUGE screens for $35 a person. Maybe the next show I see will be better. I came back for a second visit to see the space show. It was good. I just don't think it was worth the money in my opinion. I feel like I need a little more from the show. It is a different experience and it was fun!

The Illuminarium in Atlanta truly amazed me with its tribute to rock music. It takes you through the history of the genre, highlighting artists who have left a lasting impact and those who continue to delight us with their music today. The presentation was outstanding and very engaging. Highly recommended! Plus, if you visit in a group, there are better pricing options.

I was expected with VR exhibitions. We did space, without VR, kids were getting bored after 5-10 minutes. Just a good place to have a break in a hot and sweaty day, 35$/ person—ticket price is like a joke. Wouldn’t recommend

I didn’t think I would like this but I loved it. You choose one of 3 experiences. I chose the Impressionists. After being fitted for your VR goggles, you start sort of blindly walking into what is basically a huge empty warehouse in reality, but because of the VR it feels like you are in a new location, in my case 1890 Paris. It feels so real! You follow a virtual guide person through a 45 minute tour of paintings, streets, room to room— when you are on a rooftop it feels like you are really there. But the whole time your feet are safely on the ground. The VR shows you the presence of other people (they loom like shadow figures, with people in your group labeled but the other visitors are anonymous blobs. If you get too close you will bump into each other, which I did a few times. Really fun. At one point I got “stuck” at the edge of a pond and I didn’t want to move forward because I thought I would fall in. It’s that real.

Do the Life Chronicles! That’s beyond awesome! I was mesmerized! I knew that I am just walking or even standing - nonetheless my brain told me that I was going up or down. And it was a nice story/adventure. I especially liked that what I saw felt so real and that it was possible to go closer to the animals or plants I‘ve been looking at…like kneeling down at the eggs and watch the little cuties hatch. Since I‘ve been so fascinated by the whole experience we‘ve been back for the impressionists, since I love Monet and his contemporaries. Well, after the Life Chronicles it was a bit boring to be quite frank and the art design wasn‘t as good. And - compared to Life Chronicles - the whole thing felt a bit sloppy. It was too much talking- I expected more. So it wasn’t worth the price, especially when you know lots about the period. Still - if you want to have a kind of immersive museum visit and meet the artists of this specific period you might enjoy it. It‘s definitely educational.

The storytelling is further intensified by spatial audio, directional sound effects, and synchronized physical sensations like floor vibrations mimicking footsteps or wildlife movements. To heighten realism, the experience also includes scent diffusion to evoke the natural environment depicted, such as fresh foliage or rain during a thunderstorm. Because these sensory elements are carefully choreographed, visitors feel as though they are truly inside the story rather than spectators watching a screen. This technological mastery enables rapid switching between different natural and fantastical environments, keeping the content fresh and exciting. Every show is essentially a reprogrammable sensory journey crafted to tell vivid stories, blending documentary-style realism with artistic interpretation. This innovative approach creates a mesmerizing spectacle that appeals equally to tech lovers, art enthusiasts, and casual visitors alike.
