My Husband came here for a date night and we enjoyed the experience. There were a selection of different colors of pant to choose from and we received clear instructions on how to ensure our doormats turned out great. The music playing adding on to the experience which allowed a great vibe. It’s BYOB and you can also bring snacks. I definitely intend on coming again.

I’ve been following the In Living Color Studio Instagram page for awhile & the events always seem like such a good, fun, time. Once I seen that they were having a Cowboy Carter Karaoke event, I was really excited because I am a huge Beyonce fan. Upon entering, the studio is really nice and aesthetically pleasing. We were greeted, had our tickets checked in & were told we could sit anywhere & how to get our paint. After getting our paint, there was no further instructions. Someone had to eventually ask, “do we start?” The host then says yes you guys can start. Outside of that, the 2 hostesses that worked there didn’t really say much of anything else. They walked around and got some content but no one introduced themselves, there was NO karaoke at all just a Beyonce playlist playing in the background. Even though it is BYOB which is advertised, I think for the price there should be at least complimentary hors d'oeuvres/ bites. I see the vision for this place for sure and am always down for supporting black businesses, but I was very disappointed in this event.

Super dope spot! I booked this place for an activity for a sister trip. Super cool vibe, the employees were friendly, and they had super cute drawings to paint. There was a live dj that took song requests, karaoke, and it was BYOB. There was also a super cute photo booth type deal for us to take group photos, where we could send the pics directly to our phones. My sisters and I really enjoyed ourselves. I would definitely recommend for any occasion whether you're solo, a date night idea, or a group activity.
