I came to this insomnia cookies location to order the classic vegan 6-pack cookies and spent $15.00 for these cookies (expensive AF!). When I got home my cookies were HARD af, typically insomnia cookies are soft, light and sweet. These are hard as a rock. I called the same evening and complained about the order. I was told to contact the manager Kayla the next day to request a replacement. When I spoke with the manager, she mentioned to come back to get a new batch of cookies. I returned the next day and the cookies were hard (again 😡). They mentioned one of the reasons why the cookies could be hard is because of when they’re made and how long they sit in the warmer before they’re sold. I requested a refund and will not be returning to this location for vegan cookies). You would think the manager Kayla would take appropriate action to make sure the quality of the cookies were acceptable since I spoke with her a few hours before arriving. The best part of this experience was Adrienne’s customer service and issuing the refund. Would NOT recommend this place for anyone with a dairy allergy, as the quality declines significantly due to their negligence.

PLEASE READ DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! Me and some friends wanted to eat get some cookies after visiting our kids in Raleigh. At 7pm, We stopped here and noticed all these boxes across the table where we couldn’t even sit down to eat. As I was ordering, a woman wearing glasses was stressed talking about some truck delivery coming early? Idk. What I do know as that I had heard her say these boxes have been out since around 11am that day. RAW COOKIE DOUGH. COOKIE DOUGH THAT THEY SERVE TO CUSTOMERS!!! I’m beyond disgusted that she openly admitted within ear shot of people who give their hard earned money here that the same cookies we ingest are the ones THAT WERE ON THE GROUND AND LEFT OUT FOR OVER 7 HOURS!! It’s disgusting really and I will NEVER come back. And I will be warning friends and family about this.
