I love visiting the farm! 🍎 It feels great to buy local, in-season produce. Plus, it's such a great way to support an incredible organization. You should consider volunteering! I stopped by the farm stand yesterday (10/04/2024) and saw they have pumpkins available and they are having an event today from 11 am - 3 pm.

I volunteered at the Inter-Faith Food Shuttle Farm and it was a great experience. They have many commuter l volunteer opportunities and are always looking for help. More importantly is the IFFS mission: creatinga hunger free community. They do this by growing and distributing good to local communities. They also sell what they grow to help fund their continued operations. When I was out there we picked and packed peppers. It was a really rewarding experience. Looking forward to going out there again

Great place to volunteer. They do so much for the community, food shelters, the elderly, and so much more. Their produce stand is open Saturdays and is full of a variety of freshly picked vegetables and sometimes farm fresh eggs. They love (and need) volunteers just as much as they love teaching about what they do. Go to their website or give them a call to find out about all they do!

Unfortunately they didn't have eggs when we went (primary reason for the trip) but they did have some other veggies we wanted. Selection was limited but the prices were fair and it supports a really good cause. I will visit again.
