This institution has a big name in the world, but its services are fake.They draw money in the name of immigrants, but they do not provide services for immigrants. I came here twice, one to register and the second to use my points But unfortunately, we returned from there disappointed with a group of friends. They posted about their services on some brochures. Don't trust anymore on those fake brochures.

The people there are so friendly and patient, my husband and I renewed our working permit there and Lory Pope took care of us as if we were family. She was patient enough to explain things again and again for us. Thank God for all the volunteers there, they're excellent!

It's a good place to hangout and volunteer from this organization , it offers a lot of job training and tutoring if you wanna finish up your education or GED or wanna enplyoement it's a place for immagrants and refugee but anyone is welcome as well.I could say that I thank them for helping me with the tutor program with my adult high school to finish up my classes and getting my diploma quicker. I like how they have parties and events and making myself participate into them. I thank these people for welcoming me in this place and giving me the help i need. becuase this world is tough when we are in the middle of accomplishing our goals In life . Big thanks

I was so disgusted by my experience here and their lack of customer service skills. Yolanda who is an African American woman who sometimes does the front desk was so rude and unhelpful. I saw the way she treated two non English speakers before me and she was completely rude and made it uncomfortable to ask anything.As I waited I was hoping someone else would do my taxes, but my bad luck I got her. I tried ignoring her attitude the whole time, until the end when I asked her a question and she was so rude and tried to make me feel stupid with her response. When I called her out on being rude she continued to argue with me and get aggressive in her voice tone. There was another employee there who heard it all and did not say anything or even apologized. I work for a non-profit and was so disgusted by my experience I cannot imagine what refugees and other people who don't speak English must feel. IRC needs to do better.
