Nice neighborhood spot with good drink selection and helpful staff. Came here to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. But unfortunately this was some of the worst food I've had in a long time. The fries were cold, the black bean burger was tasteless, the serving of fries was tiny, and the wings were maybe the worst I've ever been served. I hope they totally revamp the entire kitchen as it's a nice local spot.

The atmosphere is.... well, Irish. The service was excellent. The only reason for the 4 ⭐ was because the fries with my fish and chips were the bottom of the batch, with over cooked stubby pieces, while everyone else's at the table was fine. So.... Two Irishmen walk out of a bar............ Well, it could happen?!?!?😂

Of the top, this place is the best pub I've been to in Chicago. Came in on a Wednesday evening for happy hour, it was pretty empty, just a few regulars. Service was prompt and friendly, ordered the ghost pepper wings, pretzel and poutine with a Guinness. The Guinness here was the best I've ever had, perfectly poured and incredibly smooth. The poutine was pretty hefty for the price and was very meaty, wings were a good size and the flavor was great though not super spicy. The pretzel was a bit on the small side and didn't compare to the German pubs around, but wasn't bad. Had some of the donuts with chocolate sauce for dessert, they were pretty good, similar to beignets. Overall a great neighborhood bar, definitely planning in coming back.
