I Strongly advise against it! Terrible organization. We booked a tour for the Everglades online which start at 9:00 a.m. When we arrived at the meeting point 20 minutes early as requested, there was no one there! All the offices were closed until 9:30 a.m., so no one was there to help us. I asked a Big Bus employee, who told us to wait until they opened... Finally, I called customer service by phone, who told me to go see Big Bus to pick up the ticket... The big bus employee wasn't able to give us the good information. When we came back to her, it was too late, the bus had already left. In short, I don't recommend it. In smaller islands, everything is much better managed, organized, and the information provided is accurate. It could be useful to precise during the booking that it's big bus who delivers the bus ticket... And inform the employees too. Really disappointing I'm waiting for my refund.

10/10 Fast, efficient, organized and friendly. They dont answer the phone tho. Cruise leaves from near victoria secret in bayside mall after you check in there. Dont let google maps confuse you. We didnt take pics of the mansions but there were many. Do what the tour tells you. We loved it!

We had great fun on the Cruise, the tour narrator was very informative and amusing, and the boat was well maintained with seating outside in the upper deck, and an inside cabin with air con and a bar/snacks on the lower deck. The booty to buy tickets was a bit difficult to find, it's quite close to where boats depart from, but maybe could be more cleary signposted. We had a great time however, and would recommend as a fun addition to a trip to downtown Miami!
