Went to italian fiesta today and this was in the pizza that I ordered, I showed this to a nice man who was at work there on today, he came from the back and he seemed really nice, he was an older guy, he said he didn't know what it was and a customers who were at the counter for pizza pick saw this and one guy said maybe this is a noodle or something to that affect sickening. I just really didn't want to go through asking for a newer made pizza so I just went on and took this pizza but just the thought of this I ate most of the pizza with a few slices left but I don't know just thing about this thing looks like some sort of pork meat from a sausage I don't know but this is little piece of something looks like some sort of snout, meaning, a nose piece or something is giving me just through the rest away. Maybe I will just not buy or eat pizza from here anymore.

I had a very disappointing experience at Italian Fiesta. After waiting over an hour, I was met with extremely rude customer service. When I finally got home to feed my children, I was shocked to find the pizza greasy and unappetizing. This was by far the worst quality I’ve ever received from a pizza place.

Another Chicago staple that has sold out to corporate greed instead of to great quality food and service. This pizzeria use to have a great taste and flavor of it’s own uniqueness but what we received was a bland tasting burned at the bottom pizza… we were very excited to finally try this staple after not having it for many years but like many old staple restaurants in Chicago most are still riding the wave of its name from the nineties of having great quality food and taste. Many of Chicago favorite restaurants or old staples have fail to keep the same taste and quality as in their early days of great achievement. Here we were not impressed at all. If you looking to just have a pizza to kill your hunger quickly I would suggest but if you looking for great taste and flavor keep it moving. #lifecoachcw @god_bless_the_real

Staff just rude and ignorant for absolutely NO reason??? Then I check to see the pizza and it's messed up, not even a full damn circle. And it's not even fully cut???? Ridiculous. Don't piss me off.

Someone named Rio delivered this pizza through door dash this evening a few minutes ago. I am so pissed. He then threw my pizza on the ground, I was sitting with the blinds raised and watched as he threw my pizza on the ground half opened holding a piece of the foil in his hand. Don't use door dash if it's someone named Rio. Don't do it
