This jacks is decent considering the area. They insist on using the touch screen to order but I always get the Padre special and a employee is needed to enter the code into the computer. The location is kinda sketchy but the food came out fast and was good. I like the soda fountain for free refills. The jumbo jack seemed larger than normal with extra tomato and addition toppings

Don't go there if your on lunch or rush. Even if you order online the workers will ignore you until they are done with the drive thru area. I understand they're on a time crunch but the customer service can be fixed. A simple will be with you guys in a moment goes a long way .

June 27 about 545pm. Waited multiple minutes to be helped. Group of workers not doing anything besides talking all ignored me, looked at me and laughed after overhearing one call me a lazy customer (I guess because I was waiting for someone to take my order instead of using self ordering system?) My spicy chicken sandwich was literally mostly breading, not chicken smdh. The irony of calling me lazy is wild lol. It was manager/lead (with back turned: see picture) that made comment. Let them all go find a new job that dont involve "lazy customer". Bull crap! The nerve of these people is crazy. Thought I should share this ridiculous experience.

I usually don't make complaints but today's experience 14March2025 12:07PM. it was a very bad experience, the drive thru rep He was rude, snobby, and not only that but had the audacity to get cute and slam the window on me. My chicken wraps had long strands of hair..And coincidentally the drive through rep had long hair.I just called corporate and I'm going further on this complaint.
