2 stars solely because I was annoyed at staff. The lady working in the afternoon, close to evening. Today. First of all, I understand it can get loud, but its annoying to have to repeat oneself. Alot of fast food places need to fix this. It's 2025, come up with better speakers or better placement. After finishing putting in an order, instead of dead silence. Ask, "Would that be all for today?". How do I know something went wrong with the speaker or something.. Just speak. Also, why did I receive some green fries ? Tasted young too. Just, take the green fries out. Stop putting so much ketchup and mustard in your burgers. That's all that's juicy about them, and its not the best. Going back to staff. Please be better. I went to get something i was craving and left with nothing I was craving. Order was wrong from the very start. Asked for something, and couldn't get it. I don't know. Do yall have codes to certain things or what? Next thing, I asked for something in particular and got it wrong again. Regardless disappointed. Lady needs to do better. Take some lessons from your coworkers or something. Cause I haven't had this issue before.

Got mold on egg in breakfast sausage croissant. :-( plus they burn my extra cheese badly. Lost my 31 dollars with all other food items that I was scared to touch other items after seeing mold on egg. Uber eats refused to help me out and didn’t refund me. Will report to 311/local health department.

Ordered a number 14 and only got fries. Manager refused to fix the order or acknowledge the mistake. Terrible customer service and reflective of Jack in the Box corporate policies and franchise owners oversight of operations. Very poor establishment.

I don't have a Jack-in-the-box where I live, so I didn't know what to expect. Maybe the problems I mention in my review are specific to this location, but I expected it to at least be better than Burger King. I really need to order one of their Burgers for a proper comparison, but I just ordered a chicken wrap and fries. Notes on the Ambience: The noise from the kitchen is so loud that the employee had a hard time understanding what I was ordering. The air conditioner must be broken because even with the ceiling fans on, it was uncomfortably warm (by the way, one of the fans was wobbly and making a loud clicking noise that could be heard over the grinding motor noise from the kitchen). Notes on the Food: The food was good--not great. My spicy chicken wrap was not to dry because of the nice cheese sauce. Though the bread was a little tough, the other ingredients seemed fresh. I liked the way that the chicken was flavored. My small French fries tasted good, if almost a little too salty. I do not, however, think the small fries were worth the $3.69. I don't think I will dine in again, especially at this location. I might drive through if I had extra cash and was willing to over spend just for the sake of trying their hamburger.
