My dad and I own and operate Canyon Creek Landscape. We have used James nursery forever it seems like. I always recommend them for a couple of reasons. First is their customer service. From the office back to the loaders everyone is super friendly and often even remember my name. Any questions I have are always answered and along with great advice. The second reason is there quality of trees and plant material. Are clients are always blown away by what shows up on site. Even if we don’t pick it out ourselves Ive never receive a bad looking tree or plant. Even in my own yard all my trees have been purchased through them. We will continue to do business here and love stopping by.

Wow-just had a really nice connect with two James Nursery employees—Callie and Joe. I called the company about an issue with some of my shrubs (that I had purchased at their company about a year ago). I asked if I could email pictures for clarity to support my verbiage. Callie and Joe responded immediately and got to resolve quickly. I can’t say enough about such good customer care. The issue didn’t have to do with the quality of the shrubs but that didn’t stop either from listening and helping with problem resolution. If you’re looking for a company who sticks around after the closing of the sale, values their customers—know I had a really good experience and will return and recommend to others!

As woman ran organization I would not recommend purchasing from this nursery. Unfortunately, ALL of their plants and trees are diseased of which I purchased being told by the workers that they would refund or return if any issues present ( $3,000 order) and the company was unwilling to provide a satisfactory solution. Additionally, there appeared to be operational issues(illegal migrants)that affected the overall service experience. I hope the company considers improvements in both product quality and customer support. (Shopped with this company for 6 years)
