We hosted an event for our alumni at this space in July of 2025 and it was such a terrific space. It was fully accessible, and a great canvas to design in a way that made sense for us. The team -- Vanessa, Brianna, and Miguel were very detailed and timely in their communication, and have recommendations for nearby partners -- from catering, to florals and decorations, to equipment rental -- everything was smooth, seamless and led to a fantastic event. I highly recommend the Jay Conference/Suites spaces, and its services and staff.

Our firm has used this centrally located Jay Conference And Jay Suites for several conferences over the years. I'm continually struck by how professionally run it appears to be, from reception to food to technical support. A/V is modern, and microphones in the ceiling help phone callers hear the speakers. Every conference room table has multiple outlets. Food is served buffet style, but tastes better than buffet. Ingredients are fresh and entrees enticingly arranged. There are 4 types of cream for coffee; only missing my preferred soy milk. I've never heard of oat milk. There are lots of other beverages and styles of chips too. Restrooms are immaculate, complete with mouthwash and designer style hand-washes and lotions. Even lint rollers are provided. We will definitely book this venue again!

Amazing space, gracious hosts, clean facilities, great amenities. -highly recommend and would definitely use again & here's why: -We held an AI Hackathon here on the 2nd and 3rd floor over 3 days for 185 people. The staff layed out the tables/chairs exactly as needed. -The complimentary coffee, tea, and water on tap (still, sparkling, etc) was a huge bonus & an $8K savings over having this catered in❣️the Lavazza coffee machine (latte, mochaccino, etc at the push of a button). -Jay Conf Staff 🙌(Bianca) was awesome, very attentive and helpful for all our needs (connecting to AV, refilling Coffee, unlocking doors) -very accomodating to our needs, hours of use (as late at 10pm) -outstanding wifi (imagine 180+ laptops shipping code and connected to wifi simultaneously) -Restrooms are clean, well maintained, as was the garbage, and kitchens. -Mini fridges were very convenient for us to use for yogurts, oat milks, creamer -SO MUCH counter space for catering and food spreads/ buffets -extra napkins, plates, utensils available if we ran out(!!) -Great traffic flow -in one side of kitchen and exit from the other end on 2nd floor (the larger of the 2 spaces) -Nice lounge space (leather sofa, swivel chairs on 2nd floor), as well as nice area on 3rd floor. -Coat rack and area to store luggage well sized for our very large group -very easy load-in // load-out and a cart for us to use

I love the space at Jay Conference Chelsea . It's a quiet and stylish work space. Very well decorated. Plenty of coffee and tea to keep you going throughout the work day. They offer fruit infused water daily for healthy hydration. Tim and Sunny will make sure you have everything you need to flourish and be productive while working. I've only been here a few weeks and I already love the culture they've build here at 159 West 25th Street. Everyone is very professional but also friendly and fun.
