Very disappointed in this location. Placed a pick up order around 12pm on 3/30/24. Around 3pm I checked my email to see if I had received an email confirmation stating my order was ready for pick up and I never received it. I called the 1800 for Jd sports as well as emailed to check on the progress of my order they told me if it wasn’t ready by 4pm then call back to cancel the order. It took me several calls to try and reach the physical store due to the calls not going through. It was almost like they had their phone line turned off. There wasn’t a ring or a dial tone. I finally got someone on the phone from the store around 6pm ish and they stated that they haven’t even touched my order yet. I was so upset due to their lack of communication and the lack of urgency to fulfill a customers online order! Here it is 6pm and my order has been ignored the whole time. It’s like they didn’t even care or even attempt to fulfill it. I then received an email the following Monday 04/01 stating that my order was ready. I would’ve been more understanding if someone would’ve communicated about any delays or not being able to fulfill the order in time but I didn’t receive any of that.
