Attending one of Jen’s retreats is such a gift I rarely give myself. As a hard working Mom of two, I do not indulge in self care very often. My first retreat was in Sedona, AZ. As a group we enjoyed not only the stunning landscape, but days of soul filling yoga, deliciously curated meals, gorgeous hikes, the area’s vortex energy and the opportunity to form a special sisterhood among like souls.
