When an unfortunate event led to water under a part of our wood floor, our insurance company sent Jenkins Restoration to us. George was fabulous from beginning to end. He let us know when he was coming, he showed up on time, he worked every minute he was here. He explained what needed to be done, showed me what he was doing and why, and asked my preference when there was a choice of this or that. He was very professional and courteous, and because of the way George took care of our business, I'd recommend Jenkins, and we would definitely use them again. Bud Huffman was assigned as project manager for the rebuild, and we had an excellent experience with him as well. He was a good communicator and very good at his job. His projected timeline was accurate; his team was responsive and courteous; and he kept us informed. When, the day of the install, it turned out the flooring we had ordered could not be used, Bud responded immediately. We found a replacement that same morning and, though he had to go to three stores across the Austin area to get the quantity needed, we lost only a half-day's labor and, thanks to the team's hard work and willingness to stay late two days, finished the job absolutely on time. We are delighted with the quality of the work and with Bud's responsiveness and follow-through. Very good experience that definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you to Bud, Jose, and team!

On May 25, 2025 we suddenly developed sheetrock damage from an HVAC leak. This was due to an HVAC drain pan overflowing. USAA tapped Jenkins Restorations Austin to handle the repairs and renovation of the ceiling damage. Project Manager, Benjamin Pangelinan was tasked with coordinating the project. Not only did the sheetrock have to be repaired, but the entire hallway, dining area, vanity area, and kitchen ceilings had to be painted to match the hallway repairs. The repairs were done this way to match the entire area of contiguous ceiling surfaces. This repair involved the coordination with Reliable Content Services to move and store furniture so that it was out of the way, which allowed the paint crew could do their work. Repairs and painting were very well done. All repairs to the sheet rock, moving furniture out of the way and later returning it, and the very large ceiling painting was done with precision. I have absolutely no complaints about the excellent work done by Jenkins Renovations Austin, Reliable Contents Services and the painting crew.

We had some unexpected water damage that needed to be addressed quickly, of the companies provided by our insurance, Jenkins was the first we contacted where we didn't have to deal with waiting for a call back. Nestor, our project manager, was professional, patient in explaining the mitigation process and promptly responded to all our questions. Alex, our mitigation specialist, got out to the property quickly without us having to be there, he kept us informed about the drying process, what to expect from demo, and did the cleanest demo I've ever seen, all in the matter of a few days. 3-28-24 Update - After a long delay due to our insurance adjuster taking forever to approve supplemental charges, the renovations are complete and we couldn't be happier. Hannah, our project manager, kept us informed every step of the way, answered any questions in a timely manner, and easily accommodated a couple last minute requests. The work itself is well done and was completed in under a week. You honestly can't even tell drywall was removed and replaced, the new texture and paint match perfectly. Hopefully we never need restoration services for something like this again, but if we do Jenkins will be our first call.
